About Springpod
Springpod is an award-winning EdTech scale-up transforming how young people gain experience, skills, and confidence to secure their future.
We connect students directly with leading employers and universities through immersive virtual work experiences, skills programmes, and micro-internships. Our partners include Amazon, Rolls-Royce, NHS, and Airbus — organisations shaping the workforce of tomorrow.
We’re on a mission to empower every student to gain meaningful, career-connected experiences — and we’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to help us tell that story with impact and precision.
The role
This is a pivotal role in Springpod’s new Growth Sprint — the engine we are building to drive B2B growth.
You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling content that bridges marketing, product, and sales. Your output will shape how employers and educators understand Springpod’s value, from awareness to renewal.
You’ll create and manage high-impact assets including whitepapers, case studies, reports, presentations, decks, and sales collateral — ensuring every piece of content communicates our product’s impact, purpose, and commercial value.
This role is part product marketing, part storytelling, and part enablement. You’ll bring clarity, consistency, and creativity to everything we share with partners and prospects.

* Collaborate with the Product and Sales teams to define key value propositions and differentiators across our experience, talent, and impact offerings.
* Create concise internal messaging guides to ensure consistency across decks, proposals, and outbound campaigns.

* Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to identify content gaps that block deals or renewals.
* Develop templates for case studies, event follow-ups, and outbound campaigns to accelerate delivery and ensure consistency.
* Provide structured messaging, visuals, and talking points for webinars and events.
Reporting & Collaboration
* Partner with Marketing and Sales to measure content performance — downloads, engagement, influenced pipeline.
* Ensure all assets are on-brand, up to date, and accessible via shared systems (Google Drive, HubSpot, etc.).
* Contribute ideas to ABM and campaign strategy, helping shape top-of-funnel and nurture content.
Success metrics and deliverables
*10+ new sales enablement assets live by Month 3 (decks, one-pagers, case studies). Including refining and building from scratch.

*Content engagement and influenced pipeline tracked and reported monthly.
*Improved sales conversion rate attributed to enablement materials (target: +15% within 6 months).
What you’ll bring
*4+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, product marketing, or sales enablement.
*Excellent writing and storytelling skills — able to simplify complexity and make technical concepts engaging.
* Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Delivery and Design teams.
* Experience creating structured messaging frameworks and campaign assets.
*Strong attention to detail and understanding of content performance metrics.
*Creative mind and comfortable using tools such as HubSpot, Google Workspace, and Canva and Slides/ Pitch
