About our process
Our recruitment process is not just about filling roles; it's about building a diverse and talented team that thrives on innovation, creativity, and collaboration. We strive to create an evolving and transparent process that ensures a positive experience for every individual who engages with Springpod.
Stage 1
Application
Once you have applied for a role at Springpod, our dedicated team will
benchmark your application against our requirements.
Stage 2
Screening call
If your application meets our criteria, you’ll be invited to an introduction call with our Talent Team. Here, you’ll learn about the role and wider community at Springpod.
You’ll also be given the opportunity to ask any burning questions you may have!
Stage 3
1st Interview
If we believe that Springpod is the place for you, we’ll invite you to complete a
short presentation task. Not only does this give you a snippet of your career at
Springpod, but we’ll also understand your approach to working far better. It’s a
win-win!
stage 4
Final interivew
The final stage of the process is Meet the Team. This stage will give you a great opportunity to meet with the rest of the team and get an ever better idea of our culture. This can be done in person at our offices or virtually - whatever works best for you!
stage 5
If successful
Congratulations, first and foremost! At this stage, you’ll receive an offer in the form
of a letter from our HR team. This will be followed by some final info you’ll need to
know before you launch your career at Springpod. Champagne, anyone?
