As a User Acquisition & Campaign Delivery Lead, I oversee the direction of Employer and Higher Education campaigns and user acquisition.

Coming into Springpod, I was a jack of all trades in the marketing arena - so my time here has helped me develop more of a niche and specialism. 

My over-imposing personality trait is that I love sports - though I’m much better at watching them! I am also a big reader of non-fiction, novels, and poetry and like to buy vinyl. And despite my best efforts, Star Wars and Lord of the Rings retain far too much presence in my life.

Working in the Springpod marketing team as a Senior Marketing Executive means I ensure students engage with all things Springpod. 

Having joined Springpod just over a year as their first apprentice, I am now a fully-fledged executive responsible for the delivery and planning of some of our key marketing strategies. So it's definitely a great place to develop your career.

I'm a huge fan of Crystal Palace, and I also love hanging out with my mates during the weekend. I’m also really into fashion and music (from Jungle, Breakcore, classics and the latest UK rap). 

I work within the User Acquisition and Campaign Delivery team, focusing on marketing our VWEX programmes and apprenticeships for employers. 

Before Springpod, I worked at Boots for a couple of years while learning basic marketing principles and completing online courses. So Springpod is my first professional experience working within the marketing field. 

Outside of work, I've built my own gaming PC and managed to code a functional blog-style website - so I have a good knowledge of technology. A fun fact is that I got my yellow belt in Judo during an hour-long break while working a night shift at my previous job. 

Hi, I’m Giac, and I am in charge of paid, organic and ambassador strategies here in team marketing. I’ve been working at Springpod for a while now, and I’ve been fortunate enough to see the company grow during my time here! It’s also allowed me to make so many great connections. 

I love what Springpod do and the amazing opportunities we provide for young people; there’s also a brilliant work culture here!
