"Under the guidance of Georgina Bracken and Steven Morton I have learnt so much, not only marketing skills, but important life skills as well. From day one, they placed responsibility on me to lead on projects, which allowed me to thrive; having supporting managers is something I have been ever so grateful for at Springpod. From building a community of wonderful speakers with Georgina, to taking over our social media and then a promotion! There's too much to mention for one year of work- and I hope it stays that way. What makes me proud to work for Springpod? I often found when I was at school that there was a tunnel vision approach to your choice after school, and that was going to university. Rarely apprenticeships were mentioned or talked about. I remember sitting in countless assemblies about what University to go to, and how you should choose a Russel Group University. This is why I am proud to be a part of Springpod, even as an apprentice! It's great to be a part of something I never knew I felt so passionate about, and I am determined to make sure students are educated about the possible routes out of school, and to shift away from the tunnel vision approach that I felt in Higher Education."

Working across multiple business areas, from Content to Marketing and now Subject Spotlight Delivery, it has been so rewarding helping to influence young peoples’ future career and university choices whilst allowing me to discover a new passion of mine, which is to help develop the skills of others.
