🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

As our Content Manager, you’ll oversee the full content lifecycle for digital learning experiences tailored to young learners (primarily aged 14–18). You'll collaborate with subject matter experts, creatives, clients, and our internal teams to bring engaging, impactful programmes to life.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the planning, development, and delivery of interactive e-learning content.

-Applying learning design principles to ensure content is inclusive, engaging, and pedagogically sound.

- Managing a team of content producers, designers, and freelance writers — ensuring output is top-quality and on-brand.

-Liaising directly with clients and partners to gather requirements, provide updates, and incorporate feedback.

-Ensuring all content aligns with learning objectives and user needs.

-Working closely with design and tech teams to develop media-rich content using tools like Genially and Articulate.

-Managing project timelines and production schedules to meet deadlines.

-Collaborating with marketing and analytics teams to optimise content for SEO and learner engagement.

-Staying ahead of trends in education, e-learning, and content delivery to continuously evolve our approach.

🧠 What We’re Looking For

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

Proven experience in content production — ideally in education, edtech, or e-learning.

A solid understanding of instructional/learning design theory and practice.

Proficiency with tools such as Genially, Articulate, Canva, Thinkific, or similar.

Experience creating accessible, inclusive content.

Familiarity with QA processes and content quality standards.

Strong project management skills — juggling multiple deadlines is second nature to you.

Excellent communication skills and the confidence to liaise with clients.

A collaborative mindset — you're a team player who supports others and values feedback.

An eye for design and detail — you care about both how content looks and how it performs.

A genuine passion for improving education and helping young people.

✨ Bonus Points If You Have:

A background in teaching, youth engagement, or education.

Experience developing content strategies or educational product roadmaps.

Understanding of audience personas and tailoring content accordingly.

Familiarity with video production and/or interactive media.

Experience using Agile methodologies (especially Scrum) — including sprint planning, stand-ups, retros.

Proficiency with tools like Basecamp or ClickUp for project management.
