A little bit about us
Here at Operations, we’re the engine house of the entire Springpod team. Our remit is all things finance, compliance, people and legal. Our team members also help to support the wider business with our specialist knowledge.
Our small but dedicated and talented team work to remove pain points from the day-to-day working life of our Podders, granting them the time to focus on Springpod's continuing success.

Candice Baker
Hey there - I'm Candice, and I look after People Experience here at Springpod. I’ve worked in this field for 20 years and within technology for the last 10 - so I have a wealth of experience ready to share.
As a mother of four, my hobbies include driving my children to ballet, swimming, school, and soft play...ah, you get the idea! My current specialist subjects are Peppa Pig and Disney princesses (sounds like a Mastermind category in the making).
An unusual fact about me is that I studied pathology at university and spent four years working with corpses. The irony that I now work in people experience is not lost on me.

Danielle McPherson
As a Finance Manager here at Springpod, I look after all things money!
I live in the North of Scotland near Loch Ness, and while I still haven't seen the infamous Nessie yet, I’ll happily be a tour guide for anyone that wants to try to find her!
I play alto saxophone and used to play in a few bands for fun! I’m known to enjoy a burns supper, a ceilidh dance and Hogmanay…you’re going to have to look them up, aren’t you?

Belle MacLeod
Hi My Name is Belle, I am Springpod's first Degree Apprentice and my role is being a People Advisor. I am responsible for managing personnel records, facilitating HR processes, supporting tasks related to employee benefits, onboarding and compliance.
When not working I like to go on dog walks with my dog Benson and I usually spend my weekends at football games!
