Hello - I'm Oliver, one of Springpod's Co-Founders and Chief Product Officer. This means I'm responsible for the strategic direction of our product and content offerings. 

I started my career at the age of 16 as a Digital Marketing Apprentice. So I've worked in the tech space for over a decade now.

I love designing and building digital solutions that solve day-to-day problems. Outside of work, I love eating out and trying new restaurants. I'm also a big Liverpool FC fan, avid cricketer and terrible golfer. 

 Hey! I’m Sam, the Director of Programmes and Courses here at Springpod. I'm responsible for working with our various teams to grow our revenue from Virtual Work Experience programmes. We do this by increasing the number of programmes that we run and making sure that these delight students and clients alike.

A typical day involves working with team leads to calculating how many new hires we need to make, testing our pricing changes, or improving cross-team processes. 

Outside of work, I love outdoor sports like sailing, surfing, cycling or running. I studied politics and philosophy at uni, and I still enjoy an armchair philosophy discussion about what life's all about.

Hello - I'm Tom, and honestly, my role here is made a lot easier by everyone else. It's perhaps a testament to the great teamwork here at Ignite!

As CSO, my role mainly involves removing as many limiting factors to our growth as possible and helping to keep us on track for future opportunities.

With previous experience in Sports Trading, Finance and GovTech, it has always been the numbers that I'm concerned with - one way or another.

Currently based just outside Vancouver, BC, I am happiest in the mountains. Skiing, hiking, canoeing, biking - I seem to enjoy heading downhill with varying degrees of control.
