I'm Springpod's SVP of Employer and Public Sector partnerships. My team seek customers that want to work collaboratively with Springpod to help thousands of young people. 

I've worked in the talent space for over 20 years for various companies with great brands, including the Guardian, RELX and Haymarket Media Group. 

I'm a massive sports fan - football, rugby, golf, skiing, you name it, I'll follow it! My teams are Liverpool FC and Northampton Saints. Family life keeps me busy, and weekends are spent with friends and family. 

I'm Head of Account Management at Springpod which means I'm responsible for many of our employer and public sector clients. 

Having been an apprentice myself back in the day, I believe in supporting young people and shouting about the apprenticeship pathway.

Outside of work, I'm a huge foodie and a proud member of the Springpod netball club. I'm also an animal lover, and my beautiful pup Henry often makes an appearance in our London office.

I’m Robbie, Springpod’s Enterprise Partnerships Manager. My day-to-day focus is on broadening Springpod’s partnership portfolio to include some of the most innovative industry leaders (whilst cracking a joke here and there.)

Away from work, I’m a big Arsenal fan. I enjoy travelling, music and comedy. I lived in Spain and Portugal when I was younger, and have a fondness for everything Mediterranean.

Now - 15 years of sales experience later - I’m an expert in Education, Software as a Service (SaaS) and advertising.

I’m Gemma, a Strategic Account Manager at Springpod. My job means working with various employers to organise valuable work experience for students across the UK. 

The best part about my job is knowing that I’m doing something of real value. I play a small part in enabling young people to have access to employers they might have previously considered out of their reach… and I love it! 

Away from the office, you can find me buying (more) houseplants. I have an unhealthy obsession…send help!

I’m Dan, a Partnerships Manager working across the public sector. My main focus is to build on our current opportunities by engaging our NHS, local authority, housing association and central government clients. 

I’ve been in media sales for over 20 years and have worked at the Financial Times, Springer Nature and the BMJ, managing teams and working on new business ventures.

Away from work, I'm into sailing, golfing and walking my black lab Percy. I love reading and am a big fan of Jo Nesbo, Lee Child, Scott Blade and Mike Grist.  I even once played basketball for Crystal Palace!

I'm Oscar, a Demand Generation Executive. I strategise, plan and deliver employer outreach campaigns primarily focusing on developing new partnership opportunities for our Partnerships team. I like to dabble in data analytics too.

I joined Springpod as a placement student while studying marketing at the University of Bath and continue working part-time as I balance my degree and work commitments. 

On weekends I can usually be found trying to make palatable music or deciding to go for a hastily planned session of falling off my surfboard in Devon & Cornwall.
